You will play a crucial role in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs in a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment. \n Key Responsibilities: \n- Provide daily care, guidance, and support to children aged 11–17 with complex needs \n- Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model \n- Support young people with education, health, activities, and life skills \n- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews \n- Work as part of a team to ensure a consistent and therapeutic approach \n- Promote safeguarding and ensure the highest standards of care are met \n- Participate in shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties \n What We’re Looking For: \n- Experience working with children or young people (residential or similar setting preferred)\n- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach \n Strong communication and teamwork skills \n- A full UK driving licence (essential)\n What We Offer: \n- Competitive salary: \n- Sleep-in allowances and overtime opportunities \n- Funded training and Level 3 Diploma in Resident...
