Youll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.</p><h3>About You</h3><p>To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager youll need experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Well also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and an understanding of budget management.
