The Opportunity You will work across a diverse portfolio of residential infrastructure projectsfrom small developer sites to complex masterplanning schemesensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, technically robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver residential infrastructure projects across the region Manage your own workload, oversee resources, and maintain project budgets and timelines Undertake feasibility assessments and due diligence on potential development sites Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities and third-party consultants Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff Produce and review drainage designs, road layouts, ground modelling and 3D design work Lead the preparation of planning submissions (Outline/Detail/Full) Oversee technical design packages including S38, S278 and S104 submissions Prepare groundworks packages for tender/construction Ensure work adheres to all relevant UK standards and regulatory requirements At Associate level: Manage multiple projects concurrently Oversee fees, invoicing, commercial performance and team leadership About You Strong experience in civil engineering, particularly residential infrastructure Good knowledge of UK drainage, flood risk, earthworks and estate road design Proficient with relevant design xjlbheb software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDS, Flow) Experience preparing drawings and technical submissions for planning and approvals Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles Able to manage workloads, lead teams and work under pressure Positive, proactive and committed to maintaining high technical standards Why Join?
