A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available at an early childhood school in Belfast, ME. This role focuses on providing on-site OT services to a preschool caseload throughout the school year, starting September 2025 and continuing through the end of the school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for therapists skilled in both teletherapy and school-based occupational therapy, with an emphasis on early childhood intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver prehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to preschool-aged children.
* Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support each child's development.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in pliance with school policies.
* Adapt therapy plans to meet the evolving needs of students within the early childhood setting.
* Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
* Proficient in both teletherapy and direct, on-site intervention methods.
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development and related therapy techniques.
* Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage a full preschool caseload effectively.
