Job role: Temporary Corporate Reception
Start date: 30/03/2026
End date: 2 week role (potential to be extended)
Pay rate: £13.33 an hour
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: Bristol BS1
Key Responsibilities
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will include:
* Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
* Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms.
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail with efficiency.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support our legal teams.
* Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For
* Previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy.
