Role Expectations
The successful candidate will:
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to the community pharmacy profession and actively contribute to the growth and development of the branch.
* Competently manage and take responsibility for daily branch operations, including dispensing, accuracy checking, and delivery of clinical services.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, GP practices, and wider healthcare professionals.
* Provide leadership to a professional and productive pharmacy team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Consistently achieve company performance metrics, manage staffing effectively, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
* Support the development of team members through mentoring, guidance, and skills development in preparation for future roles.
