The Role: Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Horsham area, is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, working closely with clients to provide expert advice and ensure smooth transactions. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold matters. Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documentation. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements. About You: You are a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years PQE in Residential Property. You have a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulations. You are client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
