Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £Competitive (DOE) – We’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and friendly team in Warwickshire. Whether you're seeking a full-time position or prefer the flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.
THE ROLE:
1. You will be joining a respected and well-established conveyancing team with a reputation for excellence in client service.
2. Your role will be hands-on and client-focused, dealing with a broad and interesting range of conveyancing matters, from start to finish.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local estate agents.
4. Supporting and contributing to a positive team culture.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Year PQE.
2. Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
