Research & Advisory Analyst – FM Consultancy (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Research & Advisory Analysts to support high-impact Facilities Management (FM) consultancy engagements for large-scale, mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. These strategic projects include residential, retail, office, hospitality, and public realm assets.
This is a flexible remote consultancy role, combining desktop research and documentation with periodic client/site engagements. Candidates can be based anywhere globally, provided they can accommodate occasional travel and time zone alignment with Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in two major FM advisory projects:
1. Project A – Residential, Retail, Office
* Defining FM operating and delivery models
* Drafting tender documents, scopes of work, and contract schedules
* Evaluating service provider bids and advising on commercial models
* Supporting mobilisation of selected FM providers
1. Project B – Mixed-Use Destination Development
* Advising on FM strategy, governance, and service integration
* Recommending delivery options aligned with guest experience and brand standards
* Supporting contract design, transition planning, and vendor onboarding
Candidate Profile
We seek detail-oriented, analytical professionals with backgrounds in FM, consulting, or strategic support roles.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* 3–5 years’ experience in FM, real estate consulting, or strategy support
* Strong skills in desktop research, benchmarking, and document preparation
* Proven ability to draft strategy papers, scopes of work, and audit summaries
* Excellent formatting, presentation, and Excel skills
* Familiarity with ISO standards, RICS frameworks, or asset-heavy environments
* Ability to work under pressure across multiple bids and deliverables
* Exceptional written English and communication skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing presence
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* High attention to detail and structured thinking
