What you’ll be doing
Providing operational business support for LV Services within SP Energy Networks’ Licence Programmes, focusing on high-quality customer service and technical support. This includes managing customer operations such as communication, billing, contracts, complaints, and service requests, as well as overseeing contractors when required. You will contribute to developing and implementing new programmes and improvements to meet evolving customer needs.
You may also take direct responsibility for customer operations for specific clients. The role involves performing technical support tasks in a hands-on environment, following prescribed procedures with moderate supervision.
Responsibilities:
* Support administrative duties as an effective team member.
* Manage correspondence, job requests, and stakeholder communications.
* Process all business requests in line with established procedures and timelines.
* Deliver excellent customer service and uphold high standards.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
* Promote a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
* Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to improve efficiency.
* Maintain quality standards in all activities.
* Assist in developing and improving Licence Programme processes and procedures.
What You’ll Need
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Familiarity with Energy Networks policies, procedures, and practices.
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
* SAP experience (desirable but not essential).
* Awareness of inter-business relationships.
Essential:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
