This role is critical to the operational success of the business. The role holder handles operational issues in real time, takes full ownership of challenges and works to resolve them quickly to protect service delivery for partners and customers. What You’ll Be Doing Act as first point of contact for new transport company registrations. Own and manage the onboarding and early-life support process. Complete and verify compliance documentation including insurance, trade plates, licences and regulatory requirements. Monitor KPI performance and intervene early where standards drop. Act as quality gatekeeper for professionalism and conduct. Handle live operational issues in real time and see them through to resolution. Manage damage in transit cases and negotiate outcomes in line with process. Record, track and resolve complaints within agreed SLAs. Conduct structured performance reviews and annual account reviews. Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities across the transport network. Work cross-functionally to improve communication flow and operational efficiency. Ensure GDPR and company policies are adhered to at all times. Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
