Salaried up to £70,000 + progression, training, free on-site parking, company benefits.

Are you an Estimator with experience in civils and groundworks looking to join a close‑knit, industry‑leading, family‑run business where you’ll receive ongoing training, work closely with the Managing Director, and have the opportunity to shape the future of the company with genuine long‑term progression?
Responsibilities
* Review drawings and project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
* Analyze tenders, specifications and drawings to support competitive tender submissions.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
* Identify value‑engineering options and produce detailed cost breakdowns and documentation.
* Assist with negotiations and project handovers.
* Occasional site visits using a company works van.
Qualifications
Estimator with a civils and groundworks background, based in and easily commutable to Ellesmere Port.
