We’re now looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our People & Culture team — someone who is passionate about growing capability, developing talent, and building a culture of continuous learning. This role will shape how our people learn, grow, and thrive, ensuring that development is embedded at every level of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Strategy

Learning & Development

* Conducting assessments to identify development needs using interviews, surveys, and performance data.
* Overseeing end-to-end delivery of training programmes, coordinating internal trainers and external partners.
* Managing external vendor relationships for specialised learning solutions.
* Owning Nteractive’s Academy platform, developing content and modules that support onboarding and ongoing growth.
* Ensuring training programmes meet industry and regulatory standards, including managing certifications.
* Monitoring and evaluating L&D programme effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.

Talent Management

* Implementing development planning structures tailored to team and individual needs.
* Supporting employees in building personalised career development plans aligned with their aspirations.
* Leading the succession planning process and partnering with leaders to prepare successors for critical roles.

Culture & Engagement

* Promoting a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.
* Encouraging employees to pursue development opportunities and embrace stretch experiences.

Financial

* Managing the training and development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-efficient programme delivery.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for an experienced talent development professional with strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for developing people.

* 5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, ideally in an agency or similar business.
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.
* Experience delivering training, presenting, and facilitating workshops.
* Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong project management capability with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and confident working independently.
* Effective problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused approach.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

* A genuinely supportive, people‑first culture where development truly matters.
* The opportunity to shape the learning strategy for a fast‑growing global events agency.
* A collaborative environment with exposure to leaders across the business.
* Freedom to innovate and introduce new learning solutions.
* A passionate, inclusive, ambitious team committed to growth and excellence.
