Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for Concrete Production Operatives to join a busy concrete plant in Pinxton and Alfreton. These roles offer great progression opportunities to learn new skills, including semi-dry casting.
Your Role:
1. Help set up moulds for concrete pouring
2. Apply and remove fixtures using hand tools
3. Read basic engineer's drawings
4. Move heavy products around the plant
5. Check products to ensure they meet quality standards
6. Always follow health and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:
10. Previous experience in concrete production or mould setting is a plus but not required
11. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
12. Able to lift heavy products and work in a dusty environment
13. Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
14. Attention to detail and ability to meet production targets
Benefits:
15. Pay: £11.44 per hour
16. Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm or 5:00am-1:00pm, Monday to Friday
17. Immediate start with the chance to go permanent
