EYFS Teacher & ML - April 2025 - West London, London
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Hammersmith from April 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position with a TLR available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the EYFS team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the foundation stage.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of each child.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and outside agencies to support the progress and well-being of all pupils.
* Drive curriculum development and implement innovative strategies to enhance children's learning experiences.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) with substantial EYFS experience.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and parents.
