P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Onsite Construction Manager to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
* Overseeing general site operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
* Coordinating and supervising all on-site trades and subcontractors.
* Proactively resolving conflicts and addressing issues to minimise delays.
* Leading progress meetings and preparing regular project status reports.
* Contributing to programme planning and providing timely updates.
* Maintaining daily communication with the client to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
* Collaborating closely with the Management to support project delivery.
Person Specification:
* Experienced in similar projects in the food / hygiene industry.
* Experienced in multi trade management.
* Confident / approachable manner.
* Team player.
* Flexibility.
* Qualifications in Safety / Site Management (SMSTS Minimum).
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
* Occasional weekend work – paid at an overtime rate.
