Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

* Set up and break down
event spacesfor conferences and
banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
* Coordinate with the
kitchento manage food and
beverage orders for events.
* Interact with gueststo provide exceptional service, taking orders
and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Serve food and
beveragesduring events,
ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness
and organisationin all service
areas.
* Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the
overall guest experience.
* Follow safety and
hygiene protocolsto ensure a
safe working environment.
* Assist with inventory
managementand restocking
supplies as needed.
* Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.

Safety and
Company Policies:

* Follow all company and
safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs,
accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training
and certifications.
* Ensure uniform and
personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Maintain confidentiality
of proprietary information.
* Communicate with others
using clear and professional language.
* Develop and maintain
positive working relationships with others.
* Support the team to reach
common goals.
* Listen and respond
appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
* Ensure adherence to
quality expectations and standards.

Preferred
Qualifications:

* Related Work
Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service
