The Role
As an ATA MET Technician, you'll handle Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work on accident-damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition in line with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Diagnose and restore systems with precision
*
Vehicle Strip & Fit: Carefully dismantle and reassemble vehicle components
*
Diagnostics & Inspections: Identify faults and ensure safe, high-quality repairs
*
Parts Management: Order and manage parts to keep repairs efficient and on track
*
Reassembly: Deliver flawless, factory-standard finishes
What We’re Looking For

Experienced Professional: Background in MET work within a bodyshop or accident repair setting
*
Detail-Oriented: Committed to accuracy and repair excellence
*
Efficient & Organised: Able to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines
*
Technically Proficient: Skilled with diagnostic tools and modern repair techniques
*
Team Player: Collaborative, but confident working independently
*
Qualified: ATA accredited (essential); NVQ Level 3 or manufacturer training (advantageous)
