Salary: £24,000 per annum

A well-established organisation is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-focused Customer Engagement Assistant to join its growing service delivery team. Based in Princes Risborough with flexible hybrid working, this role plays a key part in supporting structured development and recognition processes, offering a balance of stakeholder interaction and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries from individuals, delivery partners, and external stakeholders across phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring a professional and timely response in line with agreed service levels.
* Coordinate a range of structured service activities including scheduling, event setup, issuing results and feedback.
* Maintain accurate records across digital systems and paper-based archives in line with data protection and retention standards.
* Archive, retrieve, and manage documentation according to internal procedures.
* Support communications with reviewers and contributors to ensure smooth coordination of service timelines and availability.
* Record all correspondence and key activity within the internal systems for full auditability and continuity.
* Assist team leaders with administrative tasks and support the wider team during peak periods.
* Suggest and support the implementation of service and process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Work in alignment with organisational policies, quality standards, and performance targets.
Essential Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
* Experience in a customer support, service coordination, or administrative role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Confident working with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team
* Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
Desirable:
* Experience in a structured or regulated environment (e.g. training, assessment, education)
* Familiarity with service scheduling, feedback handling, or certification workflows
