Residential Portfolio Manager - London (Mandarin Speaking)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mandarin-speaking Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties across London. This is a key role within a high-performing team, offering the opportunity to manage all aspects of property operations with autonomy and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Coordinate compliance inspections including Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs, and PATs
* Manage tenancy lifecycles including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit returns
* Oversee maintenance works, contractor invoicing, rent collection, and insurance claims
* Maintain clear, professional communication and ensure efficient workload management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential property management
* Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
* ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks confidently
