The Role
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include the classic requirements of a busy Sales Ledger role, with some unique aspects. Specific responsibilities include:
* Overseeing approximately 200 complex customer invoices each month, managed by you and two team members
* Collaborating with the business to gather information for end-of-month billing, ensuring smooth invoicing processes
* Forecasting, including long-term and mid-month flash reporting
* Compiling data for internal and client reports
* Reviewing current workflows and proposing ideas to modernize and automate processes
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered, you should have solid, stable, and progressive financial accounting experience. The key qualities include the ability to remain calm when dealing with senior staff or clients, handle pushback professionally, and demonstrate creativity in improving processes while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office a couple of times a week, with the rest of the time working from home. The benefits are excellent.
