Position: Tenant Liaison Officer

We are working with a leading contractor that collaborates with housing providers across the country to deliver planned improvement works. They are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support a long-term kitchen and bathroom project in Sheffield.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for residents during scheduled works.
2. Ensure residents are informed and satisfied with all updates.
3. Respond to complaints and issues as they arise.
4. Maintain detailed reports of resident feedback.
5. Attend site visits with the site manager and conduct progress surveys when required.
Requirements:
* Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
* Experience within social housing, ideally with construction or repairs teams.
* Full clean driving license.
* Clean criminal record for enhanced DBS checks.
