Job Description
My client are a leading law firm. They are seeking a Secretary to join their Private Client team on a permanent basis at their Northampton office.

The Role:
1. Document management;
2. Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence;
3. Audio typing and some file management;
4. Typing of documents and track amendments;
5. Scanning, paginating and photocopying;
6. File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters; and
7. Providing general administration support to the team
8. PA duties including board minutes, travel arrangements etc.
The Candidate:
9. Previous Legal experience.
10. Confidence in formatting documents;
11. Excellent written and oral communication skills;
12. A good eye for detail;
13. Great typing skills;
14. Prior secretarial experience within this area of law would be advantageous
