Fine Dining Events Ambassador – Rapport Guest Services
Rapport Guest Services is hiring a Fine Dining Events Ambassador to join our team at one of Rapports most prestigious contracts in Canary Wharf. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms. You will play a crucial role in delivering award‑winning service to our clients and their guests.
Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday; shift rota between 7 AM – 9:30 PM)

Main Responsibilities
* Provide discreet, personalised support to VIP guests with care and confidence.
* Welcome and guide guests, offering a warm and professional experience throughout.
* Manage bookings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
* Coordinate closely with the catering team to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
* Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and knowledgeably.
* Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date booking calendar and inbox.
* Balance front‑of‑house duties with essential admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate

* At least two years of experience in fine dining hospitality.
* Confidence and calm in fast‑paced environments, juggling priorities with ease.

* Precision, pride, and attention to smallest detail.
* Proven experience in planning and coordinating high‑profile events or services.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and event/booking systems.
* Flexible, reliable, solution‑focused—even when plans shift at the last minute.
