Description
This is a roving position which will require travel to all of the MWB hubs to support and cover for other team members.
You will need a car and be able to drive.

The role:
The key feature of this role is to provide exceptional support and client experiences for both external and internal clients. Successful candidates should be highly organized, enthusiastic, helpful, and possess a range of client-facing and support skills.
What you will be doing:
* Greeting visitors and colleagues, creating a positive first impression.
* Following visitor management procedures.
* Coordinating with reception teams.
* Maintaining presentability of meeting rooms, reception, and collaboration spaces.
* Assisting with office equipment and furniture organization.
* Organizing and serving catering and refreshments.
* Keeping refreshment areas clean and stocked.
* Maintaining coffee machines and setting up meeting rooms with required equipment.
* Managing meeting room and parking bookings.
* Responding to client inquiries about bookings and requirements.
* Reporting equipment or furniture issues.
* Implementing environmental policies and maintaining recycling areas.
* Ensuring good housekeeping, stocked kitchens, and tidy spaces.
* Identifying and reporting safety or maintenance hazards.
* Assisting with event delivery.
* Handling copying, printing, and scanning tasks.
* Managing data transfer and document management systems.
* Handling mail and courier services.
* Filing and retrieving documents, including court filings.
* Coordinating courier services and large-volume print jobs.
* Preparing for new starters and leavers.
* Updating office information displays.
* Supervising external contractors and building management.
* Supporting facilities activities, including fire warden and first aid duties.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
* Supporting coverage during absences and travel.
What you will need:
* Experience in a similar role within professional services.
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
