About the Role:

Hays Education is seeking compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join dedicated teams across a number of welcoming schools in Northamptonshire.
You'll be responsible for:
* Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Fostering a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional needs
* Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
