PeopleCert is looking for a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to lead brand communications for PRINCE2, a global best practice framework and one of the world’s most established project management certification portfolios. In this role, you will shape and execute the brand strategy for PRINCE2 across all communication touchpoints, transforming product marketing direction into compelling narratives and integrated experiences. You will be instrumental in reinforcing PRINCE2’s global relevance, driving visibility, consistency, and engagement across key markets and audiences.
As Senior Brand Manager-PRINCE2 your tasks will be the following:
1. Develop and execute the brand communication strategy for PRINCE2 across all channels and customer journeys.
2. Translate product marketing value propositions into compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and branded content.
3. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across digital platforms, sales materials, campaigns, events, and partner communications.
4. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Content, and Digital teams to bring the brand to life across touchpoints.
5. Brief and manage creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging brand assets.
6. Act as the brand guardian for PRINCE2, maintaining coherence across its product variants and global markets.
7. Track and analyze brand performance, providing insights to guide strategy, messaging, and creative refinement.
8. Support the ongoing evolution and positioning of the PRINCE2 portfolio to reflect market needs and global best practices.
What we look for:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
10. At least 7 years’ experience in brand management or marketing communications—preferably in a B2B, global, or professional certification environment.
11. Proven ability to develop and implement integrated brand communications strategies across channels and markets.
12. Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer segmentation, and the buyer journey
13. Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Extra languages desired.
14. Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
15. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing global brand portfolios is a strong asset.
16. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
