Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
* Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
* Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
* Report inventory needs.
* Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
* Respond to custodial requests promptly and professionally.
* Some weekend detail work at a premium pay is required.
* Snow removal duties as needed.
* Performs other tasks as determined by the Facility Director.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Dependability and a commitment to providing excellent service.
