The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Program Manager to join our Commercial function and lead the rollout of our customer experience platform with high-profile partners. You’ll be the linchpin between internal teams and external stakeholders, owning everything from onboarding to optimisation.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the implementation of our platform with new and existing partners.
* Align technical, commercial, and operational teams across each project.
* Translate requirements into clear action plans with defined milestones.
* Work closely with partners to ensure smooth adoption and measurable success.
* Identify opportunities to drive more value and scale impact.
You Should Have:
* 3+ years experience in programme or project management.
* Exposure to martech, traveltech, or e-commerce environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A hands-on approach and comfort with fast-paced, startup-style environments.
Bonus Points For:
* Understanding of customer journeys, digital bookings, or marketing automation.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, recommendation engines, or related systems.
* Comfortable using platforms like JIRA, or similar.
