These engines serve a wide variety of applications and are known for their performance, quality, and reliability. Our team is passionate about innovation and driven to deliver solutions that make a difference across the construction, agricultural, and power generation industries.

The Opportunity

As a Design Engineer in the Component Engineering department, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable air and fuel system components – from concept through to production. * Investigate technical issues using 8D problem-solving methods
* Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
* Prepare and review technical documentation to support production release
* Engage with global teams to implement solutions at manufacturing facilities
* Promote continuous improvement using Lean principles

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required:

* A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* 6–8 years of relevant engineering experience
* Solid understanding of mechanical fundamentals and engine components/systems
* Proficient in CAD (ideally Creo) and PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
* Experience designing powertrain and/or engine components
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable:

* Experience with fuel systems, air systems, EGR systems, or turbochargers
* Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, and DVP&R processes
* Background in the off-highway diesel engine sector
* Experience in simulation and test-based component development

Ready to shape the future of industrial engines? Apply now and be part of a global team that values innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence.
