Civil Litigation Lawyer

Lancashire – Hybrid – 2 days working from home
Responsibilities
* Represent clients in civil litigation matters including pre‑trial, trial, and post‑trial proceedings
* Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents
* Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines
* Handle high caseload in civil litigation from start to completion
