We’re urgently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Assistants to support Early Years settings across Cornwall. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in childcare, we have flexible roles available to suit your availability and background.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the daily care and development of children aged 0–5
* Assisting with activities, routines, feeding, and personal care
* Helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
* Working as part of a team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families
We’re looking for
* Experience in childcare or early years settings
* A kind, patient, and hands-on approach to working with young children
* A willingness to get stuck in and support wherever needed
* Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (desirable, not essential)
* Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
