Our service in Westhill supports three women living independently. They each have unique personalities, needs, and preferences. We work closely with their families to provide personalized, evolving support. We seek Female Support Workers who are reliable, motivated, and passionate, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients and service hours. A full UK driving license is preferred.
The women enjoy community activities such as gardening, concerts, theatre, family visits, puzzles, walks, movie nights, shopping, and arts and crafts. We value eagerness to learn and provide person-centered support. Shifts include early, late, double, and sleepover hours. Due to the nature of support, a female colleague is required, which is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010. Driving license is preferred.
