Responsive Repairs Manager needed in Somerset Paying £222.54 per day ref OR101703
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day delivery of the responsive repairs service
* Lead and support supervisors, operatives, and external contractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor performance against KPIs, service standards, and budgets
* Manage contractor performance, quality, and value for money
* Resolve complex repairs issues and customer complaints
* Contribute to service improvements and operational planning
* Ensure repairs are delivered in line with customer expectations and organisational values
