What You’ll Do
* Be the go‑to Service Desk Analyst for all first line IT issues via phone, chat, email, or walk‑up, solving problems where they happen.
* Support live trading desks and sports operations during the moments that matter most.
* Deliver seamless onboarding, desk moves, and setups so every user is ready for high‑stakes action from day one.
* Keep IT assets in top condition and systems running smoothly throughout the full trading and betting cycle.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, Intune, Azure AD, and cloud technology, learning alongside senior engineers.
* Apply ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management, building your knowledge in a live environment.
What You’ll Bring
* A degree or equivalent background, including military service, and an appetite to prove yourself in a high‑pressure setting.
* Passion for sport you want to be where the action is and understand the impact of technology on live events.
* Experience with first line or second line IT support, ideally in a trading or hedge fund.
* Confidence troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, Intune, and Azure AD.

* Curiosity about ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and working towards CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
