Our client, a leader in structural steel, is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for its facility in the Bellshill area.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
Skills/Experience
* Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 4+ years post qualified experience)
* Steel background ideally, with some manufacturing awareness
* Specialist sub-contracting experience
* NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use is preferable
* Project Management ability
* Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
Duties
* Contract Reviews
* Change control management
* Applications for payment
* Manage Sub-Contractor accounts
* Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
* Project Reporting
Hours of Work
Dayshift – Monday to Friday
Salary
£55k to £75k per annum DOE
