They are now looking for a European Retail Marketing Manager who can shape how their products show up across retail environments throughout Europe and tell a consistent story across every touchpoint.
If you love consumer tech and enjoy shaping how products appear in stores and online this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast moving environment. You must be confident presenting to customers and trade partners, happy rolling your sleeves up within a small team and able to guide and develop two junior colleagues. Candidates who have come from a recently scaled up environment where they have helped build the story of products across multiple retail and digital channels will feel right at home.
You must have experience working across key European markets.
Key Responsibilities - European Retail Marketing Manager
Retail Planning and Execution
* Develop and deliver retail marketing plans that support growth and increase visibility across Europe
* Localise and roll out global toolkits across both bricks and mortar and online retail partners
* Lead product launch activity across multiple markets ensuring consistent high quality execution
* Deliver trade promotions, POS activity and retail campaigns that drive conversion
* Work with retailers and distributors to elevate the in store and online experience for fast moving consumer tech and gadget ranges
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Partner with sales, commercial and wider marketing teams to ensure alignment across plans and retail priorities
* Collaborate with creative, social and CRM teams to integrate retail activity into wider campaigns
* Build strong relationships with major retail partners to support joint initiatives and ensure best in class brand presence
Performance Insights and Optimisation
* Track sell out, campaign performance and ROI to refine future activity
* Provide regular reporting on retail performance and market dynamics
* Use shopper insight and competitor knowledge to strengthen execution
* Manage budgets carefully ensuring all spend delivers clear commercial value
Your Background - European Retail Marketing Manager
You will bring at least five years experience in retail, channel or trade marketing. Experience within consumer tech, gadgets, accessories or FMCG is ideal. You understand what drives shopper behaviour in store and online and are confident creating activity that drives sell out and strengthens retailer relationships. You enjoy working cross functionally, are proactive and organised and can manage multiple projects at pace. Most importantly you have a genuine interest in consumer tech and want to play a key role in how a leading brand shows up across Europe!
