Description | Salary £24,404 - £25,183 Per annum | Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week | Pro Rata International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Wyre Domiciliary Service - Community Support Worker Salary £24,404 - £25,183 per annum Pro Rata l Permanent 30 hour posts plus some great allowances as shown below… 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Holidays & £40.00 approx. per sleep in 26 Days Annual Leave X3 30 hour positions available We looking to recruit compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to become part of our exceptional Supported Living Service at Wyre Domiciliary Service within Adult Social Care. Our Supported Living Service seeks Community Support Workers to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our Adult Disability Service. You will be welcomed into people's homes and enhance their daily lives with your positive energy and warm personality. What we are looking for… Passion – we want to recruit people with a passion to make a difference to the people we support providing much needed support like it's second nature – your commitment to the people we support will be life changing in the work you do, bringing comfort with a warm smile and a cup of tea – you will become indispensable supporting people with personal care, household chores, finances, medication and anything else they require in their day to day life – you will support people into the community to participate in activities and being part of their local communities. Empathy & Resilience – You will understand the challenges the people we support face, meaning an empathic nature is paramount. You will need plenty of motivation and the ability to keep going, even on the more difficult days. The needs of the individuals we support can be complex, and you may encounter challenging behaviour, but your determination and dedication to excellent care will make it feel manageable. It is essential that you can communicate clearly and effectively with every individual, providing reassurance and positivity.
