We’re searching for a Stockley Park–based Head of Revenue Operations to join our organisation, so that we can build a high‑performing, scalable and aligned GTM engine. The Head of Revenue Operations will lead our end‑to‑end GTM systems, data, and processes to drive predictable revenue growth, enhance operational excellence, and empower teams across the entire customer lifecycle. How You’ll Spend Your Time Owning GTM systems, workflows, and revenue architecture to enable scalable, predictable growth across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success Designing and optimising our Salesforce‑led tech stack in order to improve data quality, forecasting accuracy, sales velocity, and operational efficiency Building unified revenue playbooks, shared KPIs and streamlined processes to ensure alignment and execution consistency across the full GTM organisation Developing onboarding, enablement and skills‑development programmes in order to equip teams with the training, tools, and guidance needed to ramp quickly and achieve revenue targets Analysing GTM performance data, pipeline trends and leading indicators to inform strategic decision‑making and uncover opportunities to improve ARR and NRR What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Extensive experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology‑led business Proven success in building scalable GTM systems, improving sales velocity, and driving ARR and NRR growth In‑depth knowledge on how to design, implement and optimise Salesforce architecture, workflows and revenue processes Ability to commute to Stockley Park 2–3 days a week as part of our hybrid collaboration approach Sincere interest in raising the standard of care through smarter, more efficient GTM systems and AI‑enabled operational excellence A knack for working collaboratively within a high‑growth, mission‑led and cross‑functional environment By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritising employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
