What You'll Do:
* Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
* Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimum efficiency
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and food hygiene compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Proven engineering experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills - multi-skilled preferred
* Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC)
* Ability to work independently on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern
* Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency
