Job Description:
Important: ArchiCAD competency is essential, along with experience in RIBA Stage 4.
What’s the job?
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, closely collaborating with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
You will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, contributing to delivering exceptional design solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.
Who you are?
We seek an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.
Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency is essential, alongside a good understanding of town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is also crucial.
Who we are?
We are a multidisciplinary practice combining architecture, planning, interior design, and urban design. We offer the breadth of expertise of a much bigger firm with the client focus of a compact, flexible set-up.
Urbanist Architecture is a place where talent can thrive and be appreciated. We work collaboratively in an open-concept office environment, with minimal remote work opportunities to facilitate in-person interaction.
If you take pride in your work, perform best in an ambitious team, and focus on quality and productivity, we want to hear from you.
Strictly no recruitment agencies – speculative CVs from recruitment agencies will be ignored.
Urbanist Architecture Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
