Join us as a Click & Collect Customer Assistant at IKEA
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Fulfilment Operations team at IKEA Gateshead. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming and handing out customer orders at our in-store Order Collection point.
What We Offer
* Hourly rate of £12.60
* Part-time hours: 16, 20, 24, or 30 hours per week, including weekends
* Working hours between 08:00 and 21:30

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Experience with technical equipment
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

* Checking and handing out customer orders
* Handling after-sales queries
* Providing excellent customer service
* Following safety protocols
