Our opportunity:
The Key Account Manager (Event Sales) at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will play a critical role in managing inbound sales, driving proactive outbound sales efforts, securing high-end corporate and private events, and managing relationships with key clients and event agencies.
This role involves line management of a targeted sales team, collaborating with the head of department to attract new business, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure the venue’s success as a premier events destination.
The successful candidate should have a background in luxury events, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in client retention and account management.
The role focuses on converting leads into bookings, maximizing event sales, and providing a seamless client experience from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
