The team have a strong track record of working on projects for large national house builders, and have a variety of exciting projects on the horizon. The Role Of Architectural Technician
* Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects.
* Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to ensure both creative and regulatory requirements are met.
* Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.Represent the practice in meetings with clients and project teams.
The Successful Architectural Technician
* Degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Extensive experience working with major UK house builders.
* Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
* Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
