The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Designing and building automated customer journeys in Dynamics 365
* Creating responsive email templates
* Setting up segmentation, triggers, and real‑time data logic
* Ensuring all communications are compliant, tested, and ready for go‑live
* Providing clear handover documentation for internal teams
What You’ll Bring
* Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Real‑Time Journeys
* Confidence working with data models, segmentation, and automation
* Solid HTML/CSS skills for email template adjustments
* Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
* HE/Clearing experience is helpful but not essential
