Responsibilities
* Building positive relationships with families and children.
* Conducting holistic assessments in partnership with families and professionals.
* Identifying needs and developing tailored support plans.
* Delivering core support services and learning events.
* Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and legislation.
Qualifications
* A BA in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience in statutory social work with children and families.
* Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.
* Knowledge of the lifelong nature of adoption and developmental trauma.
