Mechanical Fitter Required – Galashiels Substation
We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter for an immediate start on a substation project in Galashiels.
Location:Galashiels Substation, Melrose Rd, TD1 2BZ (Approx. 500m from the local train station)
Scope of Works:
* Steel installation
* Mechanical works
* Above-ground earthing
Requirements:
* SPEN Competent Person (COMP)
* APSA (Authorised Person Safety Access)
* IPAF (preferred but not essential)
Details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: Minimum 4 weeks
* Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience and qualifications)
