* Lead characterisation and qualification activities across multiple silicon lots.
* Shape and oversee functional, parametric, and reliability test plans to confirm device performance.
* Ensure all validation work aligns with industry standards and customer expectations.
R&D Collaboration
* Work closely with Software, DFT, and Analogue Design teams to define test strategies and product ramp plans.
* Maintain consistency between design intent and downstream test execution.
* Enable strong feedback loops from silicon evaluation back to engineering teams to drive yield, robustness, and performance improvements.
Programme Planning & Reporting

* Create and maintain clear reporting dashboards covering progress, risk areas, and key metrics.
* Support effective communication across internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure reliability and qualification activities (HTOL, ESD, latch-up, package stress, irradiation, etc.) are carried out to required standards.
* Provide regular updates on programme health, milestones achieved, and risk status.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IC manufacturing, supply chain operations, or post-silicon programme management.
