Key Responsibilities
Operate The Keelman as a proactive Self-Employed Operator
Lead a high-volume multi revenue operation with strong seasonal peaks
Recruit, manage and pay your team through your own limited company
Take full responsibility for staffing and payroll.
Deliver exceptional service and guest experience
Drive sales across wet, food and accommodation revenue streams
What Were Looking For
Proven experience managing a large, high-volume pub/restaurant operation
Strong kitchen management capability
Comfortable leading large teams, especially during busy summer periods
Commercial mindset with P&L confidence and turnover focus
Entrepreneurial Self-Employed Operator with a passion for hospitality
