Overview

The Corporate Systems Digital Team delivers a next-generation digital workplace experience by leveraging AI, BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, Smart Buildings, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). We embed and integrate these capabilities within core digital platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Planon IWMS, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft 365. We champion low-code/no-code solution development using Power Apps and Power Platforms to rapidly build and deploy business solutions. With a robust Data Integration Layer (DIL) in place, this role will drive the discovery, pilot, and rollout of Agentic AI initiatives and steward a comprehensive 5-year strategy and roadmap for all major platforms. Our agile, user-centred approach ensures that every innovation enhances operational efficiency and transforms the employee and customer experience. The Systems Development Lead is a strategic, senior-level role responsible for overseeing the design, integration, and continuous improvement of our digital workplace solutions. This position manages the complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies and ensures that platform integrations and innovations—from AI rollouts to mobile enhancements and low-code solutions—align with a vision for a smart, secure, and resilient workplace. With line management responsibilities, you will mentor a team of analysts and developers, driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee design, integration, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across platforms.
* Manage the complete SDLC using agile methodologies.
* Lead the discovery, pilot, and rollout of Agentic AI initiatives.
* Align AI rollouts, mobile enhancements, and low-code solutions with the organisation’s strategic vision.
* Provide line management and mentorship to a team of analysts and developers.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Senior-level experience in systems development, architecture, or platform integration.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
* Experience with AI, RPA, low-code/no-code development, and digital workplace solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and roadmap execution skills.
